Taxotere Uses
Taxotere is one of the most commonly used chemotherapy drugs for breast cancer. It is in a class of drugs called taxanes.

At the same time, the company falsely claimed that Taxotere was more effective in treating breast cancer than the less toxic alternative Taxol (paclitaxel). This false claim prompted a warning letter from the FDA, for misbranding, in 2009.
